Once you are fully healed, you can return to all forms of exercise with implants. A few considerations help protect your result and comfort.
General points
- High-impact activity (running, HIIT) benefits from a well-fitted, supportive sports bra to limit bounce and tissue stretch.
- Heavy chest training with sub-muscular implants can accentuate animation deformity; some very active people prefer over-muscle or subfascial placement.
- Good support over the years may help limit sagging.
Returning safely
Build back up gradually after surgery and only after your surgeon clears you — see exercise after surgery. Long term, there is no need to avoid sport because you have implants.
