How content is checked
- Source alignment. Claims are checked against guidance from the MHRA, BAAPS, BAPRAS, the GMC and peer-reviewed literature.
- Balance. Benefits, limitations and risks are presented together, not selectively.
- Currency. Pages carry review dates and are revisited as guidance changes — for example following MHRA safety updates.
- Plain language. Technical terms are explained on first use.
